The sun came out after a morning of rain. There was great excitement in lunch as the Juniors anticipated the matches against Knighton House.
The U10 team got off to a cracking start with an 8-0 lead after the first quarter.
Team players then changed positions and the reserves came on at half-time.
The teamwork and passing improved so much during the match.
The final whistle blew and the score was 13-1 to Hanford.
The U9 had a very close match, the score was 2-0 at half time. The team had to really work hard at both their attacking and defensive skills.
At one point the score was 3-3 all but Hanford stuck at it and when the final whistle went it was 4-3 to Hanford!
