Hanford's First Veggie Market

The girls ran a stall selling Hanford grown pumpkins, butternuts, marrows, chard and gourds to parents picking up for half term

More than £80 was made at the sale and this money will be used to buy ‘Veggiemesh’ to stave off the rabbits, birds, butterflies and other insects from next year's crops.

Many thanks to all who supported our stall. The next Veggie Market will be held on Friday 21 November, just before the coach weekend begins.
